OTS-8000 Series Centralized SDI Over Fiber Extender

The OTS-8000 series centralized SDI over fiber product is a 19-inch 1RU rack-mountable centralized point-to-point SDI over fiber device. This product supports up to 8 channels of SDI over fiber with backward compatibility. The 8-channel transceivers can be freely configured in combinations such as 4 transmit/4 receive, 6 transmit/2 receive, or 8 transmit/8 receive. The OTS-8000 series supports over fiber of signals compliant with all SMPTE standards (including but not limited to various SDI signals conforming to ST-2082-1, ST-2081-1, ST-424, ST-425M, ST-344M, ST-292M, ST-259M, and non-standard image formats in NTSC/PAL systems). Fully dedicated built-in SDI laser components enable long-term stable over fiber of SDI signals, ensuring even signals with pathological bitstreams are transmitted correctly, thereby enhancing over fiber robustness.
