From November 8 to November 10, the 8th Cultural Industries Fair was grandly held at the Beijing Old National Exhibition Center, with the Radio, Film, and Television exhibition area located in Hall 1-1B.
Let me take you on a tour, showcasing the highlights of this exhibition area one by one.

First and foremost, the most eye-catching attraction was the Gehua Cable exhibition area, which showcased services such as "Gehua Feishi," "HD Channels," "Beijing Digital School," and "Voice Remote Control." Among these, the "Voice Broadcast Control"—a digital TV voice interaction system—marks Gehua's latest cloud-based offering. According to on-site staff, set-top boxes equipped with the "Voice Broadcast Control" feature began rolling out at the end of September this year, with an anticipated distribution of 300,000 units by year-end. Simply hold down the "voice key" on your remote control and speak directly into the microphone, and the TV channel will automatically switch. Not only can users check TV programs, but they can also access real-time flight information and weather updates.
Next up are the exhibition areas of Beijing Television, Beijing Radio and Television Station, and Beijing People's Radio.

Among them, Beijing Television is showcasing ultra-high-definition (4K) television.
The highlight of the Beijing Radio and Television Station’s exhibition booth is the "Pineapple Girl." Reportedly, the "Pineapple Girl" is a tech-enabled, interactive plush toy specifically designed and developed for the Pineapple TV mobile app. It seamlessly integrates with the "Baby Story" iPhone app, leveraging its adorable, soft-fabric design to tell stories to children—effectively enhancing kids' enjoyment of listening to stories on their phones!
A standout feature of Beijing People's Radio is "Ting Li Fang," a reception device that supports an on-demand service. Notably, Beijing People's Radio’s on-demand service allows listeners to freely choose their favorite programs from a rich and diverse library—and enjoy them anytime, even replaying them as often as they like.
Beijing Zhongguang Broadcast is also present, with emergency broadcasting as its main highlight, followed by a variety of CMMB terminals.

There are also two video websites exhibiting at the radio and television exhibition area, including iQIYI and Xunlei KanKan. Notably, at the iQIYI booth, visitors can check out TV+, launched in September in collaboration with TCL, as well as a variety of mobile products.

Finally, as part of the public service sector, displays and promotions from broadcasting and television centers in Beijing’s suburban districts—including Tongzhou, Fengtai, Huairou, Yanqing County, Shunyi District, Miyun County, and Fangshan District—were unveiled one by one.
